San Ramon Soccer

In fulfillment of San Ramon Soccer’s Mission Statement we have set the following as the goals for the competitive and recreation programs.

COMP level - Our goal is to be the premiere club for youth soccer in the area. To achieve this goal we will create an environment where teams and players achieve their highest potential both on and off the field. Success on the field is measured in more ways than just wins and losses. We will strive to train and coach our players so that they can be successful in league play, tournaments, state and national competitions. We want to be a club that players want to come to, play for and be a part of.

REC level - REC level soccer should be fun and a positive experience for all players. While there is certainly competition, this is not the main emphasis of the program. Our focus for recreational soccer is to provide opportunities for players and families to learn the game of soccer and the benefits of being part of organized sports and teamwork. We will also identify players who we believe can succeed in the world of competitive soccer and help that player transition to the next level.
